This app provides a workaround for a long standing issue on HTC phones where uploading a photo to Picasa often causes the upload to be incomplete and the photo to have a grey bar at the bottom.
Just install and use "Picasa (Safe Upload)" in the list of upload targets instead of "Picasa".
This app is free and doesn't have ads. It doesn't need your Picasa username/password to work.
